Welcome to VetiePetie, an application developed and operated by AND Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. By accessing, using, or registering for this platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Article 1 Scope of Application

This "Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") applies to all users of the VetiePetie application (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), including but not limited to pet owners, registered veterinarians, and partners. By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with all the contents of this Agreement.

Article 2 User Eligibility

Pet Owners:

  • Users must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity.
  • Users must provide truthful and accurate personal information, including but not limited to pet-related information (breed, age, health status, etc.).
  • Users must ensure the accuracy of the pet information submitted; otherwise, they will bear the consequences arising from inaccurate diagnosis results.

Registered Veterinarians:

  • Registered veterinarians must hold a valid professional qualification and pass VetiePetie's certification.
  • Veterinarians must comply with the laws and regulations of their country/region and ensure that the medical advice provided meets professional standards.

Article 3 Services Provided

AI Pre-consultation Service:

  • Analyze user-submitted pet information through the AI health model to generate preliminary diagnostic reports, care recommendations, and medical guidance.
  • AI diagnostic results are for reference only and do not replace the final diagnosis by a professional veterinarian.

Online Veterinary Consultation Services:

  • On-duty Veterinarian Service: The system automatically matches veterinarians to provide 7×24-hour basic medical consultations, supporting text and image communication.
  • Specialist Veterinarian Outpatient Service: Users can independently select expert veterinarians to obtain more professional medical advice.

Veterinarian Support Services:

  • Provide AI-assisted diagnostic tools, multilingual translation services, and flexible consultation models (on-duty/ specialist outpatient).

Article 4 User Responsibilities

Information Authenticity:

Users must ensure that the pet information and health status descriptions submitted are true and complete. Any consequences arising from false information will be borne by the user.

Compliant Usage:

Prohibited actions include:

  • Transmitting illegal information or content violating public order and good customs;
  • Disrupting the Platform's normal operation (e.g., frequent requests, malicious orders);
  • Infringing on others' privacy or intellectual property rights.

Medical Decisions:

Users must independently assess the applicability of AI diagnostic results and veterinarian recommendations. In emergencies, seek immediate assistance from offline veterinary institutions.

Article 5 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, AI models, diagnostic reports, etc.) is the property of VetiePetie and its affiliated parties, protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Article 6 Privacy Policy

The Platform strictly complies with the "Personal Information Protection Law" and other relevant laws and regulations. User privacy information is used only for service provision and experience optimization.

Article 7 Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. VetiePetie is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or service quality of third-party platforms. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Article 8 Termination of Services

User Termination:

Users may cancel their accounts at any time, but generated diagnostic reports and historical records may not be recoverable.

Platform Termination:

VetiePetie reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • User violations of this Agreement;
  • Legal requirements;
  • Business adjustments or technical reasons.

Article 9 Disclaimer

Limitations of AI Diagnostics:

The AI model is trained on existing data and may not cover all cases. Results are for reference only.

Veterinarian Recommendations:

Veterinarians' medical advice is based on user-provided information. Actual outcomes may vary due to individual differences.

Force Majeure:

VetiePetie is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, network failures, or other force majeure events.

Article 10 Compensation

Users who violate this Agreement or infringe on others' rights causing losses to VetiePetie shall bear full compensation liability.

Article 11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

Article 12 Amendment of Terms

VetiePetie reserves the right to amend this Agreement as needed. Revised content will be notified via in-app messages or website announcements. Continued use of the Platform after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
